My journey in aviation began in high school, where I earned my Private Pilot License and set my sights on a career in the skies. Now with over 12,000 hours of flight experience and 2,000 hours of instruction, I bring a deep passion for aviation and pilot mentorship to Acceler8 Aviation. Currently a Boeing 787 pilot for United Airlines, I have also flown the B-737, E-175, E-120 and many other aircraft. I hold CFI, CFII, and MEI certifications. My approach to instruction is centered on safety, mentorship, and career guidance, helping pilots not only earn their ratings but also develop the skills and confidence needed for professional aviation careers.

A San Francisco Bay Area native, my career began as a CFI working into jobs such as jump pilot, cargo pilot, and medevac. I continued as a charter turbine/jet pilot which eventually led to my current job at United Airlines. I’ve logged over 6000 hours of flight time and approximately 2000 of dual instruction. I also conduct insurance required mentoring in aircraft such as the Pilatus PC-12 and Citation Jets. By flying in multiple areas of aviation (FAR part 91, 135 and 121), I keep proficient in all airspace, flight rules and regulations. 

 

My core belief of safety first followed with a passion for flying is sure to bring a fun, positive and successful learning environment that I hope carry you forward in your future aviation endeavors.
